Meet with a Clinical Dietitian
Dietitians assist with making healthy food choices, creating healthy eating plans, and reconfigure truth versus misconceptions about nutrition. If you would like to meet with one of GRMC’s registered dietitians, please discuss this option with your primary care provider.

Prevent T2 Education
Prevent T2 is a program designed for people with prediabetes and those with a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Prevent T2 is an American Diabetes Association approved program. Financial assistance is available through a grant. For more information, you may contact GRMC’s health coach at 641-236-2079.
