GRMC's Group Exercise Classes

Body Blast
Start your morning off with an espresso workout. This high intensity class combines weights, body resistance training, and high intensity intervals for a burst of training.

Boot Camp
This class targets individuals wanting an intensive workout that integrates a team approach to exercise and fitness. Come prepared for 60 minutes of heart pounding, high energy cardio and strength training.

Dance Cardio Mix
Move to an aerobic exercise routine inspired by Latin dance. The program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness routine. This interval training session combines fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Light and Fit
Want to ease back into weight training? This is a great class for those who want to start a program or maintain their muscle tone. Similar to power pump at a softer pace.

Gentle Yoga
A slow flowing yoga class that is welcoming to all. This class uses props and modifications to ensure a safe and comfortable practice. Chair modifications are available. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Kickboxing
Ready to release some of your pent up frustration? Come put your gloves on and challenge yourself on our heavy bag. This class will have you feeling like a prize fighter as you punch, jab, and uppercut your way to an adrenaline high. You will leave this class feeling pumped.

The MIX
A variety of cardio and strength training. One day may focus on ab work and the next on those dreaded "flag waving" underarms.  Each class will have SOME cardio and SOME strength training with each class focusing on a body issue. Class uses the BOSU, resistance bands, and your own body weight.  If a change of pace is what you are looking for, this class is for you.

Power Flow Yoga
An energetic flowing yoga class designed to increase stamina, flexibility and strength.  Some yoga experience can be helpful but not required.

Ripped
Weights without the gym! Get visible results quickly with this total body workout set to energizing music using free weights to increase strength, burn fat, and improve overall health. This is a high-energy class that combines strength and stabilization exercises.

Spinning®
This indoor cycling workout is a great cardio builder for all fitness levels. Each rider is allowed to adjust their bike tension to make it “their ride.” This class allows the new-to-fitness to ride alongside the veterans riders. Try all the different class times to find the perfect match of instructor and class participants.

Yoga
A flowing (Vinyasa) yoga class, designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance through the coordination of breath and movement, while deepening body awareness and relieving stress
