Physical Therapy

Grinnell Regional Medical Center offers an outpatient physical therapy clinic at Postels Community Health Park. The focus of the clinic is to provide individuals a choice of affordable rehab depending on your insurance, Medicare exclusive.

If your insurance allows you to be seen through direct access (without a physician’s referral), you may qualify to just pay the co-payment. Our goal is to make your rehab seamless, affordable, and most important successful in addressing your health needs.

The clinic primarily focuses on sports medicine and women’s health although most PT treatments may be completed at the clinic.

Orthopedic sports medicine includes enhancement of athletes and individuals, regardless of whether you are a laborer, housewife, or athlete. Rehabilitation is an important part of sports medicine care, whether or not you've had surgery. We have physical therapists who will tailor a rehabilitation program to your needs and make sure you're ready to return to your sport or daily activity.

Women’s health treatments include pelvic floor rehabilitation, obstetrical care, incontinence, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, and treatments for headaches as well as lymphatic work, especially following cancer surgery.
