Employee Connect Offered Through Lincoln Financial Group

Life presents opportunities and challenges. The Employee Connect program is a benefit offered to GRMC employees to help you and your family cope with life changes, relationships, job pressures, and more. Counselors are available by phone 24/7 and are able to help refer you to local providers and resources as you need them.

Four free and confidential sessions per year, per person are available to you. Services include emotional and work-life counseling to deal with stress, family or marital conflicts, health issues, parenting, and more. Resources are also available for legal concerns including buying a home, divorce, or adoption. Financial planners can help with retirement, debt, budgets, saving for college and more.

Recognition

Recognition of employees for service milestone anniversaries will be awarded annually. Milestone years are considered to be the completion of 60-months of service. Monetary awards will be presented at monthly recognition luncheons.
