Counselors are available by phone 24/7 and are able to help refer you to local providers and resources as you need them.
Four free and confidential sessions per year, per person are available to you. Services include emotional and work-life counseling to deal with stress, family or marital conflicts, health issues, parenting, and more. Resources are also available for legal concerns including buying a home, divorce, or adoption. Financial planners can help with retirement, debt, budgets, saving for college and more.
