Prom Cookie Request
GRMC is happy to support after prom parties for high schools in our service area!

We will contribute 12 dozens cookies of your choice. Please fill in the form below and click the submit button at the bottom of the page when finished.

Cookies should be ordered two weeks before your prom. They may be picked up in the Neon Café at Grinnell Regional Medical Center after 2 p.m. on the Friday before your prom, just enter that date below.
